Delightful setting & arrangement of small, warm buildings in the glorious Doramas park. Nestor was extremely talented, with many masterpieces in this varied collection.
Canarian botany features lots, including impressions of sensuous lovers wrapped around them. His imagination runs riot in sensational fantasy's of two youngsters inter woven with the sea & fish in a set of paintings moving through the seasonal moods. 50 cents admission. Highly recommended.
Free entrance, however I didnt find it interesting. Mostly modern art paintings (2-3 painters if I remember correctly) with no description or a scarce one in Spanish only. They dont charge you for entrance, so thats good in case you dont like it. If you do, you can leave a tip in the box.
A neat, eclectic retrofitting of a building from the age of discovery into a museum of modern art. Recommended for modern art aficionados. On Wednesday 17-20 entry is free.
Went there to see a metal sculpture exhibition. The ticket price is quite cheap (4EUR) and the building very nice. The exhibition was nice as well, even though they were not a lot of explanations. It was a nice breakout from the city and the beach.
Wonderful museum and historical building located along narrow cobblestone streets..it's worth the walk. HELPFUL TIP. Remember that you are in the tourist section. Remain aware of your surroundings. The beggars can be aggressive.
Pretty neat to see, but it wasn't anything special as compared to the homes of other historic figures.
